The vast majority of the items are small enough to mail so we use the U.S. Postal Service for these items. Larger orders or case lot orders are generally too heavy or large for the mail so we use UPS® for these orders.

The carrier such as the Post Office, UPS®, or whoever we chose to deliever your item is responsible for any damages. Always be sure that the packaging is in good condition before you receive, or sign for, you merchandise. Some shippers have insurance included in their fees and they are generally limited to a certain dollar value. Insurance should be purchased if you want to insure your merchandise covered.

Insurance is always available to you to protect your purchase. However, no insurance is included in the purchase prices. Purchasing insurance will require you to contact us via email or fax to set up arrangements for insurance.
